What to Expect Each Day
Each day has a clear theme — Arrival, Awareness, Letting Go, Balance, Lightness, Expansion, and Vision.
We follow a rhythm designed to wake up your energy in the morning and settle you into reflection at night.
Morning sessions are about activation and intention. We’ll arrive together, connect with breath and movement, and open creative channels through journaling and simple ritual. Each morning sets the energetic tone for the day ahead.
Evening sessions are about integration and expansion. We’ll slow down with guided meditation, reflective prompts, and creative exploration. Gentle rituals help you release the day, inviting insight, balance, and rest.
Across the five days, these practices create space in body, mind, and spirit — clearing clutter, opening perspective, and restoring inspiration.
