We accommodate a maximum of six guests at any one time, so that the experience never feels crowded and we have time to give each guest the care and attention they need.

The Autumn Cleanse is designed to help you get clear and refocus. It combines twice-daily yoga classes and breath work with natural healing techniques, Ayurvedic food, detoxifying drinks and body massage oils, with a coaching element that provides clarity and strength to help you let go of emotional blocks and be clear on how to move forward and make good decisions.
