At Little French Retreat we believe that wellness comes from the outside as well as the inside.
That’s why our retreats carefully balance nutritious meals with physical movement and plenty of time for rest and reflection.
We accommodate a maximum of six guests at any one time, so that the experience never feels crowded and we have time to give each guest the care and attention they need.
For those who perhaps instinctively know they need to make some lifestyle changes but are not sure where to begin, or who want to re-examine their personal and professional lives, our retreats will set you on course and give you the tools to carry those changes forward into your life.
