How it works
Each day focuses on a specific theme: Arrival, Awareness, Letting Go, Balance, Lightness, Expansion, and Vision, paired with a suggested space-clearing practice, and essential oil blend to enhance grounding, focus, and creativity. You’ll join morning and evening live sessions, with guidance on integrating small, impactful rituals into your day. By the end, you’ll feel renewed in body, mind, and environment, spacious, centred, and ready to begin anew.
