GOMAS Seed Mis
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Salt
Place all in a frying pan, toast, leave to cool and crush in a mortar and pestle into a seed mix.
You can add seaweed too to increase your iodine intake.
Store in an airtight jar and use with soups, salads or breakfasts
