What You’ll Learn

Each week, we explore one foundational breath technique — simple, steady, powerful — and close with a guided meditation. You’ll understand how to practice and why it works on the body, mind, and subtle energies.

You will then use each week’s recording to begin a gentle daily self-practice, allowing real transformation to build over the 3-week period.

Week 1 — Kapalabhati (Skull-Shining Breath)

• Cleansing and energising
• Clears the lungs + mental fog
• Awakens clarity and focus

Week 2 — Anuloma Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breath)

• Balancing and calming
• Harmonises the two hemispheres of the brain
• Brings emotional steadiness and inner ease

Week 3 — Sama Vritti (Box Breath)

• Stabilising and grounding
• Regulates the nervous system
• Cultivates presence and spiritual balance
