Each week, we explore one foundational breath technique — simple, steady, powerful — and close with a guided meditation. You’ll understand how to practice and why it works on the body, mind, and subtle energies.
You will then use each week’s recording to begin a gentle daily self-practice, allowing real transformation to build over the 3-week period.
