At Little French Retreat, we follow a simple, unhurried daily flow, inspired by Ashram life in India, to support rest, ritual and connection.
An Ashram is a home for spiritual practice where teacher and student live and study yoga together. Yoga gives us clarity to see how we are all connected and at one, and shows us how to be at peace with ourselves and others. In the spirit of this, we share rooms, help with small daily duties and contribute to our collective experience of the retreat.
Our Space has a natural tranquility which we embrace by keeping quiet time late evening after evening meditation and early morning before yoga practice. This quiet creates an inner and outer space for us all and supports the group harmony.
In the comfort of the group we can let go, learn from each other’s stories and discover meaningful friendships.
In the space created inside and out, we can rest, restore and reconnect.
