Rest, Ritual and Connection

Join Lynette Greenaway as she guides you into a space of rest, ritual and connection.

This retreat is about being somewhere where you can establish rituals that will bring your life into greater balance.
It’s about slowing right down so that you can listen to your body and nourish it on a cellular level.
It’s about self preservation, resting and connection to self and the space around you.
It’s an experience of the essential you.

With guided breath work to reawaken the curious within you as you explore your immediate environment.
A freedom to be without care for comparison or suffocation.
A space where you can rumble with your vulnerabilities and your heart can truly exhale.

Eat the best local and freshly prepared vegetarian food and enjoy the ritual of meals.
The act of eating with others which can bring people together.
Form bonds, richer human connection and enjoy each other without pressure.
Feel enriched and whole, by all the ingredients that create this experience
And take time to be alone with yourself too.

______________
YOUR TEACHER
Lynette Greenaway ( RYT 400 hours), began her exploration with yoga 15 years ago. It only took a few months until she began and developed a serious relationship with her yoga practice and in 2010 embarked on her first yoga teacher training in Ashtanga (Hatha Raja Yoga). Following her passion for linking breath to movement after discovering a vinyasa flow class, she went on to undertake her second 200 hour teacher training with Sally Parkes in 2013 studying sequencing, gentle hatha, restorative yoga, yoga for back care and pre and post natal yoga. Lynette has also trained with Leila Sadeghee, Bridget Luff, Adam Husler and Bridget Woods Kramer and Elena Brower and Shola Arewa. She is earning her status as an Anusara inspired teacher and wellness coach, with comprehensive alignment principles and life affirming philosophy. Lynette continues to pursue education in yoga ,the healing arts and aromatherapy and accupoint therapy using essential oils. This ongoing process of learning continues to provide fresh insights that inspire her teaching and improves the outcomes and experiences of her students. Healthy breathing, alignment and balanced energy flow, rest and relaxation are consistent points of focus in her classes. Lynette’s teaching style is intuitive, playful, primal  and highly spirited and nourishes the hidden strengths of her students, while challenging them to reach beyond their perceived limitations and explore the power of their own breath and it’s medicine. You will leave Lynette’s class feeling enlivened, vibrant and whole.
