Every year brings something new, there's always so much to learn and be appreciative of and especially to those that have visited and been on retreat with me this year. And for some guests, I had the pleasure of seeing you twice in one year....
SETTING A WORD OF INTENTION
This year my personal intentions revolved around the word SUPPORT. How to support guests on retreat to my best ability, how to support myself in running Little French Retreat and how to feel supported within my community.
It's been an amazing journey that has led me to train and become one of 200 hosts of a coaching modality called the Flow Game (to discover visit the link here), which I have integrated into some of the retreats.
Not only has this provided me with the help I was seeking in supporting guests, but one year on and I have seen how offering coaching along side the practices of yoga; breath work, diet, exercise, positive thinking and meditation, has had a real impact for many guests in the changes they have made after their retreat experience.
“When I joined Tamsin on her annual Kerala retreat in February I had not experienced anything like the ‘Flow game’, a coaching tool Tamsin facilitated for the group to help us explore questions we had in our lives and work whilst we were in a space of openness and relaxation. And it is this experience, and the question I explored, that has actually stayed with me since leaving the retreat. An experience that has led me to kick start a few things I had been putting off as well as spurring me to train in the methodology to use with my own clients, such was its power”

FIND YOUR WORD
I began finding a word of intention for my year inspired by photographer Susannah Conway's FIND YOUR WORD - its a powerful way to bring clarity and intent to the year ahead and I recommend joining her free 5 day course to find your word. I will be joining her again this year in search of inspiration as I get ready for another year here on the hill.
I wish you a restful holiday and Merry Christmas
and look forward to seeing you on one or maybe even two of our retreats in 2018!
Until next time,
