Using locally sourced, organic produce, vegetarian dishes are infused with a combination of Eastern and European flavours.

A seasonal menu that follows Ayurvedic principles, that food is energy and medicine for healing.

Everything is cooked from scratch, using only natural (gluten and dairy free), unprocessed foods where quality, intention and balance are influential aspects to everything that happens in the kitchen.

Meals times fit around the yoga classes and aid optimum digestion, with brunch, the main meal at lunch time followed by a light evening meal.

Alcohol is not included on any of the retreats, with caffeine excluded from the cleanse retreats held in spring and autumn. This follows Yoga and Ayurvedic principles to aid rest and elevate energy.

We can cater for vegans, allergies or food intolerances and coeliac disease.
